#LDP
Brief overview:
A journey of self-discovery and personal growth, specifically tailored for leaders.
Challenging times can leave leaders feeling disconnected, burnt out and demotivated. How can we experience more happiness in life, both professionally and personally? This program will give you a robust framework to overcome stress, burn-out and compassion fatigue, in a safe and supported space to help you decompress, refocus and reconnect, to take your leadership to new levels.
Through this program, leaders have the opportunity to:
- Align with their purpose.
- Gain a deeper understanding of themselves and their values.
- Model healthy behaviours
- Develop strategies to build lasting and effective practices that support wellbeing.
- Lead with authenticity and integrity.
Leaders will have access to an ongoing peer network, providing connection, mentorship, valuable insights and perspectives on emerging leadership challenges.
Join us on this transformative experience as we discover a new style of leadership.
