A journey of self-discovery and personal growth, specifically tailored for leaders.
Challenging times can leave leaders feeling disconnected, burnt out and demotivated. How can we experience more happiness in life, both professionally and personally? This program will provide you with a safe and supported space where you will gain a deeper understanding of how you lead, time to decompress, refocus and reconnect and to take your leadership to new levels.
Through this program, leaders have the opportunity to:

- Develop strategies to build lasting and effective practices that support wellbeing

Modules 1&2: Foundations of Personal Development, Emotional Wellness & Regulation – Thursday 16th April – 9:30am to 4pm, DKLT, Strive Academic Centre, JCUH
Modules 3&4: Meeting Your Inner Critic & Overcoming Challenges; Finding Purpose, Meaning & Belonging – Wednesday 20th May – 9:30am to 4pm, Room 10, Strive Academic Centre, JCUH
Modules 5&6: Creating a Positive & Healthy Work Environment; Personal Transformation & Growth – Thursday 15th July – 9:30am to 4pm, Room 10,Strive Academic Centre, JCUH
*While completion of the program requires attendance at all three sessions, we do appreciate that sometimes things crop up. In special circumstances we will aim to provide a catch-up session or you may be able to join a later cohort.
