Brief overview:

Achieve an understanding in Coaching, while helping those within the Trust to learn, and leaving a legacy of your own at South Tees Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust and beyond. You will joining fellow colleageues as part of a movement to be a catyalyst for culture change within your area by making it a coaching culture.

You will leave inspired, motivated and connected to a coaching mindset covering:

  • What is Leadership Coaching?
  • How do I coach on the go
  • How do I stay in the lane of coaching?

Target audience:

Recommended for staff across the trust who wish to explore and develop coaching skills.
