This is a dedicated support group for woman who maybe experiencing the menopause and the issues and symptoms that occur.

We want this to be an informal and open forum, to allow woman to talk about how they are coping with the menopause and share thoughts, ideas and suggestions.

We are delighted to announce that we have two very special guest speakers at this session.

Tina Oxley and Liz Atkinson authors of Lipstick and Leathers, otherwise known as the Fairy Bikers, are coming to talk to our group about their journey across America on Harley Davison’s whilst raising money for Breast Cancer awareness. Tina works for the Trust.

The ladies will talk about confidence through the menopause, what motivates them, why it’s important to challenge yourself and the impact on their menopausal symptoms. They will tell their story with humour and compassion and answer any questions you may have.
