I take the power out of people’s negative thoughts so that they can be whoever they want to be no matter what their mind is telling them.
For over 20 years I’ve worked in the NHS, a large part of my time was working in the emergency department where I experienced Trauma and Mental Health, I mentored new starters on the role of the department and how to develop their communication skills.
I am passionate about getting people who feel ‘stuck’ and ‘unsure’ to move forward and to build their own confidence muscle.
This approach is simple, yet very effective and it can be Transformational.
I love learning and I am coming to the end of my Level 5 Coaching Professional course which is to compliment the work I have been doing.
I have completed a Transformational Coach Practitioners Course.
I am also learning about Neuroscience (as a bit of fun), how the mind and body are connected, the habits we create, creating new habits and ways to improve the connection.
I have a friendly, calm, and personal approach. I also bring a sense of humour which has been of help.
I enjoy watching international rugby union, reading, listening to music, keeping fit, going for walks, podcasts, and personal development.
I also enjoy spending time with my family, friends, cooking and enjoying new experiences.
