In this session we will cover the rationale for giving feedback and explore methods of giving effective feedback.

- To state different methods of feedback
- To be able to discuss the pros and cons of different types of feedback
- To be able to give examples of appropriate feedback

This session is open to Trainees, Trust, Specialty/SAS Doctors and Consultants new to education or wish to update.
